Travel & Dispatch Policy:
All standard on-site appointments booked during regular business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) are subject to a geographical dispatch fee based on distance from our Ballantyne hub.

Zone 1 (0 to 15-Mile Radius): $50.00 flat fee. (Waived entirely if 3 or more individual tests are conducted during the same visit!)

Zone 2 (15.1 to 20-Mile Radius): $80.00 flat fee. (Discounted to $40.00 if 5 or more tests are performed together).

After-Hours & Emergencies: For 24/7 post-accident or reasonable suspicion dispatch, premium emergency rates apply. Please contact us directly at 803-804-4620 for immediate dispatch routing.
All services are provided by appointment only. Same-day appointments may be available based on scheduling.
Saturday appointments are limited and available by request only.
